Cooking Nori Wrap SHRIMP
Shrimp batter, stirring until smooth:

300 gr minced peeled fresh shrimp
1 1 / 4 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons ginger wine (2 vertebra crushed ginger soaked in 3 tbsp cooking wine
for 30 minutes)
1 egg white
1 teaspoon salt
(may be added flavor klo want to)


Directions:
1. Wrap each shrimp with 1 tablespoon batter nori. Roll up lengthwise, paste with egg white
2. Heat oil, fry the shrimp wrap nori over medium heat until cooked and fragrant
3. remove and drain. Serve immediately

For 15 pieces.
