Umami Fried Chicken


Umami Fried Chicken Recipe
Material:


  1. 1 chicken cut into 8 sections village in
  2. 2 bay leaves
  3. 1 stalk lemongrass
  4. 2 tablespoons tamarind water
  5. 750 cc water
Spices:


  1. 5 cloves shallots
  2. 1 tablespoon coriander
  3. Salt to taste

Directions:


  • Boil seasoning, bay leaves, lemongrass and tamarind water with water.
  • Arrange the chicken that has been cut in the pan, then pour the water before seasoning, cook over medium heat, until chicken is cooked and tender.
  • Then fry the chicken until browned.

Nb: When using domestic chickens do not use too much water.
