Moci cake recipe
Ingredients:

70 grams of starch
60 grams powdered sugar
1 / 2 tsp fine salt
1 / 2 tsp vanilla powder
100 ml water
260 grams of glutinous rice flour

60 grams flour hunkue
300 ml thick coconut milk from half coconut
1 / 2 tsp pink dye
1 / 2 tsp light green dye

Topping:
60 grams of starch, roasted over low heat for 20 minutes

Method:
1. Dissolve flour with 100 ml of water and stir well. Boil until boiling, remove and set aside.
2. Separately, mix glutinous rice flour, hunkue flour, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Mix well. Add boiling starch and coconut milk, knead until dough forms a smooth and dull.
3. For the dough into two pieces, add green and red dye on each part, mix well.
4. Shape dough round denagn diameter 2cm long. Steam for 15-20 minutes or until done. Remove and let cool.
5. Take the dough that has been steamed, chopped 2cm long. Sprinkle roasted cornflour and serve immediately.
6. For variety, moci dough can also be filled with peanut butter / peanut butter or peanut kumbu green.
