Recipes Wajik Ketan


· 1 liter glutinous
· 2 cups coconut milk kanil
· 1 cup brown sugar comb
· 1 cup granulated sugar
· 1 tablespoon salt
· 1 pandan leaf
Wajik Ketan Method:
· Clean, wash, soak sticky rice for 1 hour.
· Steam half-ripe flush with hot water.
· Steam again until completely cooked.
· Jerangkan coconut milk and brown sugar, granulated sugar, and pandan leaves.
· After very thick and stringy when lifted with spoon insert sticky rice.
· Stir once a sticky tacky but dry.
· Pour in a winnowing tray lined with banana leaves and oil in topical.
· Flatten with a spoon or a leaf up to 1 cm thick.
· After cold sliced parallelogram.
· Serve on a flat plate.
