Dates Cake Recipe

Dates Cake
Material:

4 egg yolks
4 white chicken eggs
200 g fresh dates, seeded, chopped
125 g butter
100 g margarine
200 g caster sugar

Sift together:
225 g wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda

Method:
1. Polish 20 cm round baking pan with margarine, sprinkle a little flour.
2. Beat butter and margarine with sugar until smooth.
3. Add egg yolks one by one as he beat the average.
4. Enter the flour mixture, stirring until blended.
5. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Enter into the batter and stir well.
6. Add dates and stir well.
7. Pour the batter into the pan, smooth.
8. Bake in hot oven 180oC for 45 minutes until cooked.
9. Remove and let cool.
10. Cake is more good to eat after 1-2 days was made.
