Coconut Fried Chicken

Coconut Fried Chicken Recipe
Material:



  1. 1 head of village chicken, cut into 8 pieces
  2. 250 ml coconut milk
  3. 100 ml coconut milk from ½ coconut
  4. 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  5. Sliced 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  6. 3 sheets leaf acid
  7. 2 pieces of orange leaves
  8. Cooking oil to taste

Spices:




  1. 5 pieces of red onion
  2. 4 cloves garlic
  3. 5 pieces of hazelnut
  4. 1 tablespoon coriander
  5. 1 teaspoon cumin
  6. 1 teaspoon salt

Directions:



  • Boil cumin, coconut water, coconut milk, soy sauce, brown sugar, bay leaves, lime leaves and spices until chicken is cooked. Lift
  • Heat oil to taste. Fry chicken until golden brown. Remove and drain
  •  Serve
