Coconut Fried Chicken Recipes 2


Material:

  1.     1 head of village chicken, cut into four sections
  2.     100 grams of grated coconut
  3.     2 tablespoons bay leaves
  4.     2 pieces of orange leaves
  5.     2 teaspoon salt
  6.     1 teaspoon tamarind water ½ teaspoon of tamarind + ½ tablespoons water
  7.     500 ml water
  8.     Cooking oil to taste

Spices:

  1.     8 red onions
  2.     5 cloves garlic
  3.     5 hazelnuts
  4.     1 tablespoon dandruff

Directions:
  • Stir-fry ground ingredients until fragrant, add all the spices.
  • Enter the village chicken and stir well. Pour water and cook until slightly dried. Remove the chicken.
  • Fried coconut flavor back to dry brown. Remove, set aside
  • Heat oil and fry chicken until mongering, lift
  • Serve hot with coconut topping
