Megono shrimp recipes
Material:
250 g young jackfruit, until finely chopped
10 pieces long beans, cut into 1 cm
150 g medium prawns, roughly chopped
200 gr young coconut, grated long
4 bay leaves
Blend:
5 pcs red onion
3 cloves garlic
½ cm kencur
5 pcs chili sauce
½ teaspoon shrimp paste
1 teaspoon salt
1 tsp brown sugar
Method:
1. Peel the shrimp until they are clean, take the skin and head.
2. Puree the shrimp heads and skins, mixed with spices and coconut and stir well.
3. Then mixed with jackfruit, long beans and shrimp, smooth.
4. Take a piece of banana leaf, give a piece of bay leaf, put 3 tablespoons of dough, wrap the form of piles, pin it with a stick. Do it until they run out.
5. Megono steamed shrimp for 20 minutes. Remove and serve with warm rice
