Yellow Fish Gravy recipe
Materials :
4 tablespoons vegetable oil, for sauteing
1 1 bay leaves
2 cm galangal, smashed
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
250 gr. Snapper, cut into 3 parts clean
200 ml water
2 stalks scallions, sliced 3 cm long
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Spices in Need :
- 3 pieces of red chilli
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 eggs pecans, toasted
- 6 red onions
- 2 cm turmeric, roasted
- 3 cm ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ tsp sugar
How To Make :
- Heat oil and sauté ground spices, bay leaves, galangal and lemongrass until fragrant.
- Enter the fish, stirring until stiff fish. Add green onion, and cook while stirring until wilted in
- Pour water, bring to a boil
- Season lime juice and stir well. Add tomatoes and cook until all ingredients cooked.
- Lift.
