Rice Kebuli

Rice Recipes Kebuli
 
Ingredients:
     * 1 kg rice
     * 1 / 2 kg mutton is still a bone of his youth
     * 3 tablespoons raisins
     * 3 tablespoons fried onions
     * 2 tablespoons oil samin
     * 1 teaspoon salt
     * 1 cinnamon stick
     * 4 pimento seeds


     * 1 / 2 nutmeg
     * 2 pieces of interest sensitive
     * 2 pieces cardamom
     * 2 stalks lemongrass
     * 5 pieces of orange leaves
     * 2 bay leaves
     * 1500 ml medium thick coconut milk
     * Oil and salt to taste.


Spices that are:

     * 3 cloves garlic
     * 5 cloves shallots
     * 1 tablespoon coriander
     * 1 tsp cumin
     * 1 / 2 teaspoon aniseed
     * 4 cm turmeric
     * 2 cm ginger


Directions:

     * Saute the blended spices with cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, sensitive flower, cardamom, lemongrass, lime leaves, bay leaves and salt until fragrant and cooked.
     * Enter the goat meat, cook until meat changes color, enter the rice.
     * Stir-fry until aromatic and seasoning, put raisins and coconut milk, reduce heat, and cook until it becomes karonan.
     * Turn off the heat, lift karonan, steam for 45 minutes, remove and add samin oil, stir, serve
