Green Hot Pepper Salted Squid Recipe
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons oil
200 grams of salted egg squid, brewed with hot water, drained

2 cm galangal, smashed

How to prepare:
1. Heat the oil a lot, and enter the squid, fried until half cooked, remove and set aside.
2. Heat oil and saute garlic and onion until fragrant, then enter the bay leaves, galangal, green peppers, green tomatoes, scallions, wuluh starfruit, banana, and sugar, stir well, cook until wilted.
3. Enter the last squid, stir, then add water and salt, stir, and cook until cooked and thickened, remove from heat.
