Shrimp omelet tomato sauce

Material:
1 tablespoon margarine
1 clove garlic, minced
5 pieces of fresh button mushrooms, thinly sliced
100 g peeled medium shrimp

Tomato Sauce:
5 tablespoons bottled tomato sauce

300 ml water

1 tsp cornflour, dissolved in a little water

Method:

1. Melt butter, saute garlic and onion until wilted and fragrant.
