Kecombrang Fried Chicken


Kecombrang Fried Chicken Recipe


Material A:


    1. 1 chicken, cut a 4
    2. Cooking oil to taste


Material B:


    1. 1 stick kecombrang fruit, slice oblique; mashed out quietly for fragrance.
    2. ½ teaspoon coriander powder
    3. 1 piece red pepper




Spices that are:


    1. 8 cloves shallots
    2. 3 cloves garlic
    3. 2 slices of turmeric
    4. 1 slice ginger
    5. 1 piece kencur, cut into small pieces


Ingredients C:


    1. 750 cc coconut milk from ½ coconut
    2. 5 bay leaves
    3. 3 stalks lemongrass, crushed
    4. 1 vertebra finger galangal, smashed
    5. 1 teaspoon salt
    6. ½ teaspoon sealing taste, if desired


Directions:


  • Finely flavored chicken, mix well
  • Give the coconut milk, bay leaves, lemon grass, galangal, salt, flavorings. Stir. Light the fire. Cook until dry. Enter kecombrang. Stir well, remove from heat. Let cool.
  • Heat oil and fry chicken until golden brown.
  • Serve while hot.
