  Bebangkit Cake Recipe

  Material:
 
  125 grams of wheat flour, roasted until the yellowish 
  375 grams sago flour, then fried until the yellowish
  250 grams granulated sugar
  4 eggs
  50 grams of margarine
  2 teaspoon seasoning layer-legit
  ½ teaspoon baking soda
  ½ grated coconut

Method:

  • Mix and sieve together the flour, sago, baking soda, spices layer-legit.
  • Beat margarine until soft.
  • Beat eggs and sugar to rise, put margarine and toasted coconut, stirring until smooth.
  • Take the third part of this dough mixed with 1 / 3 parts flour and sago flour mixture over, stirring until smooth.
  • Spray on a baking sheet that has been spread with margarine and bake until cooked and yellowish.
  • Time batter of eggs and flour mixture treated as above until they run out. The dough is done bit by bit so that the dough does not dry quickly.
