Turkish kebab

Turkish kebab recipes

Ingredients:
- tortillas 1 pc
- Margarine 1 tsp
- Lettuce 25 grams, thinly sliced
- Cucumber 25 grams, thinly sliced
- Sliced beef kebabs 50 grams (recipe below)
- 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
- Tomatoes 25 grams, thinly sliced


How to make :
1. Place tortillas on a plate, good vegetables in the center of tortillas with elongated shape.
2. Spray a tomato sauce and chili sauce over the vegetables.
3. Add meat kebabs on top, smooth.
4. Spray mayonnaise on top of meat, roll and compact enough.
5. Heat margarine, baked turkey kebabs until brown. Lift.
6. Serve.

Turkish kebab meat

Ingredients:
- ½ kg beef, sliced crosswise fiber
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cm ginger
- ½ tsp coriander
- 100 cc yoghurt
- 3 red chilies
- Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make it:
a. At-at meat until slightly widened.
b. Puree red peppers, garlic, ginger and coriander.
c. Combine the beef with ground spices.
d. Give yogurt, salt and pepper to taste. Let stand for approximately 10 minutes.
e. After seasoning soak, bake until cooked.
