Soybeans Condensed Soup Recipes
Material:
500 ml water
100 g soy beans, soaked overnight ar
150 g shrimp
150 g chicken
100 g mixed vegetables (vegetable mic)
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 cm ginger chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tsp pepper powder
2 tablespoons low-fat margarine
2 tablespoons celery, chopped
2 tsp sugar
Directions:
soy bean puree with water in a blender until a bean milk. Lift, simmer over low heat.
Combine shrimp and chicken in a blender, process until smooth for 10 seconds.
Saute garlic, onion, and ginger until fragrant. Enter the soy sauce, chicken, shrimp and pepper.
Pour boiling stir in soy milk and mixed vegetables. Cook briefly, remove from heat.
Serve with a sprinkling of chopped celery.
