Satay Spice Squid Melaka

Satay Spice Squid Mel aka Recipe
Material:

     * 500 grams of peeled fresh squid, cut into 4 cm
     * ½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp chilli powder
     * 1 teaspoon lemon juice
     * 3 tablespoons cooking oil
     * 10 fruit skewers

Spices:
     6 red onions
     3 cloves garlic
    1 stalk lemongrass
    1 tsp coriander
    1 ½ teaspoon salt
    ½ tsp sugar

Method:

    1. Marinate squid with turmeric, chili powder, and lemon juice. Let stand 1 hour.
    2. Stir-fry ground ingredients until fragrant. Add squid. Mix well. Lift. Let stand 1 hour.
    3. Stick on skewers.
    4. Grilled satay in the embers of the fire until cooked.

Tips:
Burning should not be too long squid calamari not so hard.
