Satay chicken Madura Recipe
Material:

     * 700 grams chicken, cut into 1 cm thick,  
        lengthwise, then cut into small pieces

Peanut sauce:

     * 200 grams fried peanuts
     * 4 cloves garlic, saute briefly
     * ½ tsp roasted shrimp paste

     * Orange sauce

Soy Sauce:

     * red onion, roughly sliced
     * Chili pepper red pepper, boiled, crushed coarse
     * Sweet soy sauce

Directions:
