Donut Potato Recipe

Material A:
1 pack Fermipan
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons sugar
50 cc of boiled water

Material B:
1 pack flour Chakra Twin
½ kg potatoes boiled & mashed
200 gr sugar
200 gr Butter
2 dm milk powder
yolk
250 cc lukewarm water

Cooking:
1. Stir together all ingredients A. Let stand for 15 minutes.
2. Mix together ingredients Ingredients B to A. Then rounded. Let stand for ½ hour.
3. Ready to be fried.
4. Tip: The dough should diuleni until smooth.
