Chicken Seasoning Tongseng Recips
Material:
- 1 chicken, cut up with the 12
- 1 vertebra finger galangal, smashed
- 2 bay leaves
- 1000 cc water
- 8 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 10 fruit chili sauce
- 1 piece of tofu, diced
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- To taste oil for sauteing
Spices that are:
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 knuckle of ginger
- Salt, pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Tuumis smoothed spice until fragrant. Add galangal, bay leaves, red onion. Cook briefly.
2. Add other ingredients. Cook until chicken is cooked. Remove from the heat.
3. Ready to serve.
