- 1 chicken cut into 8 sections village in
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 stalk lemongrass
- 2 tablespoons tamarind water
- 750 cc water
- Boil seasoning, bay leaves, lemongrass and tamarind water with water.
- Arrange the chicken that has been cut in the pan, then pour the water before seasoning, cook over medium heat, until chicken is cooked and tender.
- Then fry the chicken until browned.
Nb: When using domestic chickens do not use too much water.
