Coconut Fried Chicken Recipe

Material:
- 1 head of village chicken, cut into 8 pieces
- 250 ml coconut milk
- 100 ml coconut milk from ½ coconut
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- Sliced 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 sheets leaf acid
- 2 pieces of orange leaves
- Cooking oil to taste
Spices:
- 5 pieces of red onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 5 pieces of hazelnut
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
- Boil cumin, coconut water, coconut milk, soy sauce, brown sugar, bay leaves, lime leaves and spices until chicken is cooked. Lift
- Heat oil to taste. Fry chicken until golden brown. Remove and drain
