Opor Seasoning Recipe Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken, cut into 8 pieces
- 500 ml thick coconut milk from 1 coconut
- 500 ml coconut milk diluted from 1 coconut
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
- 2 knuckle galangal, smashed
- 2 knuckle of ginger, crushed
- 3 sheets of orange leaves
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- fried onion to taste
Subtle Seasoning:
- 6 red onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon coriander, toasted
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- Heat oil, saute ground spices, bay leaves, lemon grass, galangal, ginger, lime leaves until fragrant.
- Add chicken, cook until it changes color. Pour the thin coconut milk, cook until boiling.
- Pour the thick coconut milk, coconut milk and cook until cooked and absorbed. Remove and serve with a sprinkling of fried onions.
