Recipe Chicken seasoning Bali


Material:

  1.      1 chicken cut in 20 parts
  2.      1 cm galangal digeprak
  3.      2 pieces of bay
  4.      3 sheets of orange leaves
  5.      2 tomatoes each cut into 8 pieces
  6.      2 tablespoons soy sauce


Spices that are:

  1.      7 fruits red chili
  2.      4 cloves garlic
  3.      5 cloves shallots
  4.      2 cm ginger
  5.      3 eggs hazelnut
  6.      ½ teaspoon shrimp paste which has been fried

Directions:

  • Chicken that has been cut and cleaned with salt, let stand a minute, half-cooked fried, set aside.
  • Saute the blended ingredients until fragrant, put ginger, bay leaves, lime leaves, tomatoes and soy sauce.
  • Enter the already fried chicken, crushed tomatoes and cook until the spices soak into the chicken, ready to serve.
