Chicken onion Gravy Umami Recips
Material:
- 1 chicken, cut up with the 12
- 1 clove onion, sliced 6 lengthwise
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon butter for sauteing
- 600 cc coconut milk from ½ coconut
Dissolve:
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 5 tablespoons water
Blend:
- ½ tsp cumin
- 4 items hazelnut
- 1 tsp coriander
- Salt, pepper, sugar to taste
How to Make :
1. Saute garlic, onions until fragrant. Add the crushed spices. Cook briefly.
2. Add chicken. Cook until it changes color.
3. Add coconut milk. Cook until done. Give a solution of wheat. Cook briefly.
4. Remove from heat. Ready to serve.
