Chicken Spinach Wrap

Recipe Chicken Spinach Wrap


Material:


  1.      2 pcs chicken fillets
  2.      3 cloves garlic, crushed
  3.      2 tsp black pepper, crushed coarse
  4.      Salt to taste
  5.      200 gr large spinach leaves
 Complement:


  1.     2 tablespoons butter
  2.     3 pcs of small potatoes, boiled briefly
  3.     100 gr small size carrot, boiled briefly
  4.     1 tsp black pepper, crushed coarse
  5.     Salt to taste

Directions:


  • Cut each chicken into four pieces.
  • Marinate the chicken with garlic, salt, black pepper. Let stand 15 minutes until the spices to infuse.
  • Take a few spinach leaves, chicken pieces wrapped up neatly.
  • Steam for 25 minutes until cooked. Lift.
  • Heat memntega, saute potatoes, carrots. Add salt, black pepper. Mix well. Lift.
  • Serve chicken spinach wrap with a complement.
