Recipe Chicken Spinach Wrap

Material:
- 2 pcs chicken fillets
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp black pepper, crushed coarse
- Salt to taste
- 200 gr large spinach leaves
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 pcs of small potatoes, boiled briefly
- 100 gr small size carrot, boiled briefly
- 1 tsp black pepper, crushed coarse
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- Cut each chicken into four pieces.
- Marinate the chicken with garlic, salt, black pepper. Let stand 15 minutes until the spices to infuse.
- Take a few spinach leaves, chicken pieces wrapped up neatly.
- Steam for 25 minutes until cooked. Lift.
- Heat memntega, saute potatoes, carrots. Add salt, black pepper. Mix well. Lift.
- Serve chicken spinach wrap with a complement.
