 Bugis Cake Recipe
 Material: 

 250 grams glutinous rice flour
 50 grams of wheat starch
 1 tsp water whiting *
 75cc leaf water suji suji leaf from 10 sheets & 10 sheets of   pandan leaf
 ½ coconut is not too old, shredded
 250 grams of brown sugar sliced

 100cc water
1 tsp rice flour
¼ teaspoon salt
banana leaves for wrapping

Method:
  • Mix the ingredients for the contents and cook until the water runs out. Round of
  • marbles.
