Chicken Burn Taliwang

Chicken Burn Taliwang Recips


Ingredients:

  1.      1 chicken, potong4 section
  2.      2 teaspoons tamarind water (2 teaspoons of acid + 2 tablespoons water)
  3.      Salt to taste
  4.      ½ teaspoon sugar
  5.      100 ml water
  6.      2 tablespoons cooking oil



Subtle Seasonings:



  1.      5 pieces of red chili
  2.      3 pieces chili sauce
  3.      3 cm kencur
  4.      ½ teaspoon shrimp paste fried
  5.      7 red onions
  6.      3 cloves garlic
  7.      1 tomato
  8.      5 grains hazelnut



How to Make it:

  • Marinate the chicken with tamarind water and salt. Let stand 25 minutes.
  • Burn chicken over coals until medium rare.
  • Heat oil and saute until fragrant spice puree, add salt, sugar, water. Cook until fragrant  spices and cooked. Lift.
  • Marinate chicken with seasoning until blended, let stand another 15 minutes. Burn in the embers of the fire while occasionally smeared seasoning until done.
