Chicken Burn Limau Recips


Material:


  • 1 chicken, cut into 6, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon lime
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 lime, halved
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 4 slices lime leaves
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 5 pieces of red onion
  • 3 cloves garlic



How to make:


1. Puree the onion.
2. Puree the garlic.
3. Soak the chicken in lemon juice and salt for 30 minutes. Set aside.
4. Saute onion and white that has been mashed with lime leaves until fragrant.
5. Add chicken, stir until it changes color.
6. Add soy sauce and coconut milk. Stir until half cooked.
7. Burn with lime pieces until cooked.
