Onion cake recipe
Ingredients:


1 tablespoon celery / parsley, finely chopped
2 tsp salt
1 egg
180 ml coconut milk
300 g wheat flour
75 g cornflour
3 cloves garlic, finely grated
cooking oil
How to make onion CAKE:
1. Stir in flour, starch, garlic, salt and celery until blended.
2. Add the eggs, pour coconut milk while stirring until blended. Knead until smooth.
3. Roll the dough thin. Cut into pieces to taste.
4. Fry in hot oil and lots of it to dry.
5. Remove and drain.

For less than 350 grams.
