broiled snapper recipe

Ingredients:

500 g fish, snapper, siangi
1 / 2 pcs onions, cut into harmonious
1 cm ginger, thinly sliced
1 / 2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce / Japanese soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic, minced


How to make:
Stir together garlic, onions, ginger, salt and lime juice.
Spread on fish. Place on heat resistant container. Allow about 30 minutes.
Prepare a steamer, put the heat-resistant container equipped with a fish. Steam over medium heat for 30 minutes.
Remove and serve hot with a sprinkling of cilantro or green onion, if desired.

TIPS & TRICKS:
Add florets, broccoli florets just before the flame is turned off, and more complete Steamed Snapper Fish nutrition.
