Satay chicken squid Ambal

Satay chicken squid Ambal Recipe
Material:
     * 300 grams chicken, cut into 1 ½ cm box
     * Plugs sate.

Subtle Seasonings Sate:

     * 5 cloves garlic, fry until softened
     * 2 cloves garlic
     * 5 red onions
     * ½ tsp coriander
     * 2 eggs hazelnut
     * 1 cm ginger
     * 1 teaspoon salt
     * ¼ teaspoon brown sugar

Sauce Ingredients:

     * 100 grams tempeh, fried ripe
     * 3 pieces of red chilli
     * 1 piece of chili sauce
     * 5 cloves garlic
     * 1 teaspoon shrimp paste
     * 2 ½ teaspoons brown sugar
     * 2 tsp salt
     * 100 grams fried peanuts
     * 2 bay leaves
     * 1 cm galangal, crushed
     * 2 tablespoons cooking oil
     * 450 ml water
     * 2 tablespoons soy sauce
     * 10 grams of tamarind + 100 ml water

Directions:


    1. Marinate chicken with satay spices, let sit 1 hour
    2. Stick on skewers, grilled on live coals until cooked
    3. Sauce: puree tempeh, red pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic, shrimp paste, brown sugar, salt 
and peanuts.
    4. Saute in hot oil with bay leaves and galangal until fragrant.
    5. Pour water, soy sauce, and tamarind water, stir until bubbling.
    6. Serve hot with satay.
